Company Policies

Internet Sales

All internet sales are given the internet advertised price PLUS shipping unless there is free shipping offered. For orders shipped to Colorado 7.2% sales tax is applicable on top of shipping and product price.

Order Cancellations

Orders shipped from the warehouse can NOT be cancelled once they have been sent to the loading dock. At that time we can either issue a return or attempt to retrieve the package in some cases. If successful, refunds are subject to fees from our carriers.

*With special make up boots by Riedell you only have 24 hours to cancel. Once production has started making the boot we can't cancel the order.

Right to Refuse

To protect BigDogSkates.com or RollerDerbyShop.com and its customers from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to refuse any order. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to: insufficient card holder verification, unavailability of product and shipping destination not served.We will extend full co-operation and reserve the right to provide full details of suspected fraudulent orders to law enforcement authorities for prosecution.

Discount Coupons

Coupons sent via email to you are not retro-active. Therefore, coupons received after an order has been placed will NOT be eligible for the discount.

Techincal Errors

The e-commerce shopping cart used by BigDogSkates.com and RollerDerbyShop.com is owned and managed by a third party e-commerce provider. Therefore technical errors and glitches may sometimes occur without our prior knowledge. They may include but is not limited to shipping rates, currency conversion, sizing information and stock status. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone if there is a problem or a discrepancy with your order. During that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money in full via the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a BigDogSkates.com or RollerDerbyShop.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, BigDogSkates.com or RollerDerbyShop.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. BigDogSkates.com or RollerDerbyShop.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, BigDogSkates.com or RollerDerbyShop.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Conflicting or erroneous coupon information, newsletter prices, automated e-mail correspondences or any other forms of advertising supplements listed incorrectly can not be honored. Also, because our site is edited in real time, we reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time.

Retail Sales

Items purchased from our retail locations are only eligible for Web Purchase Credit (not refunds) for the price of the item and the sales tax. If the item you select is not held at our warehouse in Littleton, then a shipping fee from our warehouses (located around the country) will be charged according to the shipping method you select.

Free Shipping

The free UPS Ground shipping credit applies one-way only. All exchanges, refunds or customer mistakes are subject to regular shipping rates. Free Shipping products are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for refund/exchange.

TO GET FREE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS, you must order ONLY free shipping items on the same order. Purchase OTHER items that are NOT free shipping on a separate order to pay a lower base rate of shipping. We can not reverse your shipping charges after the order is placed. In other words, Combining items WITH free shipping and items WITHOUT free shipping will break the free shipping agreement and you will be charged for the total cost of shipping ALL of the items.
