What is your return policy? Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise in its original condition with all the packaging to Triple Eight via a traceable shipping service within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Email us at info@triple8.com to receive a Return Authorization and Ship To instructions. While we do not cover the cost for items that are being returned for personal preference, we will gladly cover the shipping for any item that is defective or does not properly withstand normal wear and tear (90 days for pads and gloves, and 180 days for helmets).
What if an item is defective or breaks?
If you receive a defective or broken item, please contact us immediately at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com. Please provide the name of the item you ordered along with your order date and your order confirmation number from the email you received. Triple Eight will make every reasonable effort to replace this item as quickly as possible. If an item breaks within 90 days for pads and gloves, and within 180 days for helmets, please contact us immediately at 516-883-8889 or via email at info@triple8.com. Again, we will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.
