The free shipping credit applies one-way only. All exchanges, refunds or customer mistakes are subject to regular shipping rates. Free Shipping products are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for refund/exchange.

TO GET FREE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS THE ORDER TOTAL MUST BE ATLEAST $200.00 OR MORE. Free Shipping only applies to the 48 U.S. Contiguous States it DOES NOT apply to AK, HI, PR or any International Orders. You must order ONLY free shipping items on the same order. Purchase OTHER items that are NOT free shipping on a separate order to pay a lower base rate of shipping. We cannot reverse your shipping charges after the order is placed. In other words, Combining items WITH free shipping and items WITHOUT free shipping will break the free shipping agreement and you will be charged for the total cost of shipping ALL of the items.

Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS and dropped off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us first by e-mail before returning your products. We will then send you instructions on how to return or exchange your products.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Once we receive the items we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee of 20%.

USED skates are NOT returnable.

Custom skates are NOT returnable.

Custom skate packages are NOT returnable.

If you ordered the wrong size of skates, you will have to pay the shipping but there will not be a restocking fee to swap them out.  If an item was sent by mistake that was not ordered by the customer, we will pay to have it shipped back. All skates and skate packages that require mounting are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee for exchange or return.
